The members are very satisfied with Super Unemployment fund's services

Our recent customer service survey resulted in an excellent overall rating of 4.2 (on a scale of 1 to 5). This score has remained at the same level as in 2022.

– A big thank you to all 1002 respondents for your valuable feedback, and heartfelt thanks to the fund's staff for their meaningful work, says Matti Romakkaniemi, director of the Super Unemployment Fund.

The highest rating, 4.3, was given for the friendliness of customer service. Almost as high a score, 4.2, was given for, among other things, digital services and the expertise of customer service.

– The feedback shows that we have succeeded in meeting our members' expectations and addressing their needs.

In addition to praise and compliments, respondents also provided suggestions for future improvements. The lowest rating, 3.6, was for the usefulness of the newsletter, although this is still considered a good average level.
